|Each student will collect photos on the settlement of Illinois. The student will design and create a timeline that illustrates the important events of Illinois until 1870. The timeline may take any form and it must accurately summarize at least fifteen events from early exploration until 1870. The timeline should have the accurate date, a picture representing the event, and a short summary describing the event. A summary statement that states which of the events you feel was most important in the settlement of Illinois.|
